- All products, services and events that I write about and review on this blog are done so with a totally honest and unbiased opinion. All sponsored posts will be marked with an * in the title and have an additional disclaimer at the bottom of the post. 

- At present, I do not use affiliate links on my website.

- Companies may not request wording or terminology in reviews or sponsored posts. All writing will be my own.

- Products sent to me for review will not be returned unless the postage is prepaid and this has been agreed prior to the review. 

- I cannot guarantee every product sent to me for a review will be reviewed. If I do not like to product, if I am allergic or if the company does something during the review period that could damage the reputation of Love from, Florence Grace, then there will be no review. I am not obligated to review any products if there has been no prior agreement to do so.

Today's blog post is late, I know, but that's because it's been very hard for me to write.  This is going to be the last time I write about my ex boyfriend and my previous relationship. Effectively, I am giving it all a final goodbye.  Of course  I know my relationship ended on New Year's Eve. Unofficially, it probably ended long before then. I haven't seen my ex since 27th of December, since last year, which is a really weird thought. It never fails to make me smile when I get nominated for a bloggers award out of the blue, and it never fails to make me smile when I am called an inspiration- making my nomination for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award from A Blogs Life one that made me overly happy indeed! A Blogs Life is a very unique styled blog, and the only one of it's kind that I follow- it is run by all the family, which I think is incredibly sweet! This week (13th - 20th May 2019) is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year, the theme is Body Image - how we think and feel about our bodies.  Those of you who have followed me for some time will know that for about two years now, if not more, I have been an advocate for body positivity and self love. More recently, you may have seen me featured in a story in The Metro , talking about a body shaming incident I experienced on holiday and how I dealt with it.  There's absolutely no denying that there is a direct correlation between body image and our mental health. I know that personally, when I'm experiencing a "bad body day" and don't feel very positively about my body, for whatever reason, my mental health goes down the drain too.
