Men and Women: An insight into the mind of John Marsh*

Many of you will already know that I am a firm feminist. No, not a man hater. I'm not against cooking or cleaning or being looked after by a man. I simply believe in the pure equality of both men and women in all circumstances. So, you can imagine my disbelief when I met a young man who disagreed with every single one of my views. I'm not a close minded person- I am always up to have discussions and debates on interesting topics with people who have opposing opinions to mine. Usually, the debates can be quite interesting. I have had many debates with a certain young man, John Marsh, and we make sure to have a debate on one topic or another on a weekly basis. Our debates have become so interesting that, with his permission, I have decided to document them for you all to read and think about. The first of these documentations is his opinion on Men and Women in society. So, sit back, relax and prepare yourself for what may (or may not) be some shocking opinions... Women nee

As many of you will already know, I have a radio show of my own, 'Friday's with Florence Grace', every Friday on Blink FM. Others of you may also know that back in November, I became a trained TV presenter. In this exciting blog post, I'm about to explain to you how these two fabulous events are about to combine, and how you  can get involved! FWFG is hosted on local station Blink FM, based in High Wycombe and founded by Wycombe Youth Action in 2002. If you're aged 13-25 and interested in getting a new hobby, something extra for your CV or interested in getting some experience within the media industry, it's worth checking out how you can get involved!  I have been working with Blink FM since July 2014, and it's now time for me to get involved with one of the many exciting events that they host. This time round, it's Blink FM Live 2. So...what is it? A few months back, Blink FM hosted Blink FM Live 1. Blink FM Live 2 is a follow up even

Take Back What's Yours.

I was tagged by fellow blogger Katy to participate in a worldwide bloggers movement, the Take Back What's Yours   campaign. The campaign is a brand new idea, started by Chloe over at Chloe's Concept .   The idea is similar to that of setting a New Year's resolution, but it is a lifelong commitment. Take Back What's Yours  aims to help people to take back a part of them that they feel they have lost- it could be anything from your confidence to your happiness to your passion for a hobby. So, in 2015 I am choosing to Take Back my good health. Over the last year and a half my eating habits have got worse. It is very rare that I eat three full meals a day, I often eat dinner very late in the evening and snacking is my worst habit. On top of this, I have not done any proper exercise since I stopped doing P.E lessons- 3 years ago. Yes, I walk everywhere and occasionally do a workout DVD but it is not enough! In 2015 I would like to drop at least one dress size, getti

Introducing...Eve-Yasmine!

Those of you who listened to my first show on Blink FM on Friday 2nd January will have heard an amazing, unique, acoustic over of Gwen Stefani's well loved "Rich Girl", a brand new release from rising star, Eve-Yasmine. The song was well received by my listeners- for those of you who didn't catch my show, you can hear the song here - and so I thought I would introduce you even further into the world of Eve-Yasmin Saoud-Easton! With her roots being a mix from both Morocco and the UK, Eve has a funky, urban edge to her music and even made it into the MOBO Awards Unsung Top 20 Finalists list in 2014. As well as having a gorgeous voice, which features as part of the CK Gospel Choir, Eve also has some wicked presenting skills, and has interviewed a multitude of celebrities, including Kat Von D, Mcfly, Jimmy Choo, Example, Amir Khan and the cast of the Inbetweeners. However, Eve isn't limited at celebrity interviews, and has also presented several well recognised even
