England is usually the piss take of a country compared to most- we talk about breaking the seal on a night out, we care too much about cups of tea, our prime minister has done unspeakable things with a pig...but the cherry on the cake has to be our little Queenie. She is a bit of a legend and here's why: She loves cows. If you haven't seen the clip,  Google it immediately.  The Queen gets literally so excited about a cow and it is the cutest thing ever!  She acted for TV. That's right, not once but twice  the Queen has become an actress for our nation. First, in the 2012 Olympic opening ceremony where she actually improvised  and kept Daniel Craig (playing James Bond) awkwardly waiting, and then with Prince Harry and the Obama's for the Invictus games!  She has the best resting bitch face. She always looks as though she is literally so done with the country, or even being the Queen. Her resting bitch face is so good....

Hi, I'm Flo and I have a problem... I can't say "no".   Okay, not in the literal sense. Obviously I can say the word "no". "Flo, do you want a banana?" "No thanks!", "Flo, do you think Donald Trump should be president?" "No, no, no, no, absolutely no". I think what I can't say "no" to is kindness , being nice, people being nice to me. And it's starting to become a real issue. If someone asks me to do a favour and my initial reaction is to say "no", all the individual has to do is tell me some heartbreaking story about why they need my help so much (my dog is sick/my mum needs me to go shopping with her/I'm seeing my parents for the first time in ages) and I will say a big fat " yes ", even if I don't want to, or sometimes even physically can't, causing me to rearrange my own plans to help somebody else. Which in the long run, sure its a nice thing for...
