AUTUMN WARDROBE Part 2

Yesterday I shared the first half of my Autumn Wardrobe shoot with you- and I must say, it seems to have gone down a treat! You've all been so lovely on Twitter and Instagram about the outfits and the photo's, so thank you very much! I really appreciate that! 

Today is the second half of the shoot and there is a greater variety of outfits aside from my black Joni jeans! Again, nearly all of the items are from Topshop and Boohoo.com but if you want to know where something specific is from, leave a comment below and I'll let you know! 

Enjoy the second half of the shoot! Who knows, maybe I'll do a Winter one in a couple of months...

Today's blog post is late, I know, but that's because it's been very hard for me to write.  This is going to be the last time I write about my ex boyfriend and my previous relationship. Effectively, I am giving it all a final goodbye.  Of course  I know my relationship ended on New Year's Eve. Unofficially, it probably ended long before then. It never fails to make me smile when I get nominated for a bloggers award out of the blue, and it never fails to make me smile when I am called an inspiration- making my nomination for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award from A Blogs Life one that made me overly happy indeed! This week (13th - 20th May 2019) is Mental Health Awareness Week. This year, the theme is Body Image - how we think and feel about our bodies.  Those of you who have followed me for some time will know that for about two years now, if not more, I have been an advocate for body positivity and self love. More recently, you may have seen me featured in a story in The Metro , talking about a body shaming incident I experienced on holiday and how I dealt with it.  There's absolutely no denying that there is a direct correlation between body image and our mental health. I know that personally, when I'm experiencing a "bad body day" and don't feel very positively about my body, for whatever reason, my mental health goes down the drain too.
